Another super way to start Gia is with a Webcam site. The more you interact with your customers the more you'll hook them into buying a membership. Its real easy to promote these too. Get listed on TopCams.com and the other well know cam lists. They have webrings also that work well. If you devote a good amount of time to a cam site you should be able to get it up to $5K to $10K per month fairly quickly depending on your look and personality. Then build some cam sites for friends and before you know it you'll have your own cam network going.

Keep a video camera running while your posing for your cam. You can sell these vid clips to other webmasters to make bucks. Also have someone shooting stills.

Post sample pics of your webcam on newsgroups with your URL embedded in the pics. There is still a lot of traffic to be had there.

You can trade your pics to other webmasters for traffic.

You can setup a 900 line to your house and let guys call in and chat with you at $5.95 per minute. You'll be surprised how many guys will want to do that if they can watch you at the same time live. Do that for an hour a two a day and you'll be rolling in the dough.

There is so much more to look at when considering a site to promote IMO. Get to know your traffic and try different programs, you cant just assume that something that converts off of Webmaster A's traffic is going to convert of Webmaster B's traffic. I like to look at retention of a program as well since alot of sites out there nowadays dont retain worth a crap. I would rather promote a site that retains for 6 months and wait for the 6 months to get my money then push a per signup program.
