"No double posts" WordPress plugin?

Is there any WordPress plugin that scans the database and prevents double posts (not comments, but posts)?

it could help, if there's nothing similar to what i've asked... i've made feed aggregator, but it tends to make double posts on some occasion...

This just sorts out the permalink structure really if you happen to use the same post title and don't use dates in your permalinks.
