I have been checking out myspace to see if i could find old friends from school. (Yes i know, my 20+ year old friends might have myspaces *shivers*

I found this of a person who i think i know. But on thier profile i get this "This profile is set to private. This user must add you as a friend to see his/her profile"

I dont have a myspace account. I dont want to set one up. And i dont want to build a page just to add somsone who might not be who i think they are.

Anyway to bypass this?

I don't think so, they probably set their age to be 14 or 15 because they don't want people looking at their profile unless they know them (ie: unless you're a friend).

Just make an anonomous account, I did, I called it "no body" Now I can look at pics of all the myspace whores that show some skin

I don't think you can view those accounts unless the person invites you first... it's to protect children from harassment or something like that

Yea they have to approve you before you can even look at their profile. So you would have to have an account to get approved and most likely they would not approve you if they didn't recognize you. Just having an account or even logging in with someone else's account won't allow you to see their profile.

You can't bypass it. They are abusing MySpace's privacy feature which is allowed for only users 14 years of age and younger. You need to be on an active account and added to their friends list to view their profile.
