server gurus quick and simple question

got a Windows dedicated (Windows 2003), so far managed to figure out everything I need except ........ is there a traffic/bandwidth meter tool somewhere in that Windows 2003, or do I need to get/download/install a 3rd party software?

I need to know how many Gigs have been downloaded so far from that server...
