I think you may be the one person on this board who could run the doom 3 alpha demo, with a good framerate at high resolution.

yeah i can do that but the truth is that i am using win 98 right now to test the card with that operation system (using with one of my hdd's , not the main one) it has been 1 hour and still running
not rebooted or frozen i think win xp drivers have problems
but i noticed that win98 drivers do not work as good as xp does because "gta3" hesistating while playing .. strange but true

and "nfshp2" still does not work with 98 too. strange

anyone have radeon 9000 or higher ?

Were you the one that was running XP with only 256 MB RAM? If that is still the case that could be alot of your troubles, you really need 512. If you're not then nevermind, I must be thinking of somebody else.
