Does anyone affiliated with these sites post here? I bought some sets last week on the 8th but still haven't received any email with information on where to get it. I emailed support and still no response, and they're never on ICQ. Maybe their email(s) went into the spam folder (I use gmail) and got deleted? I'm not in a huge rush just would like to get this out of the way to get the ball rolling on a new site. If anyone could help me contact them that would be awesome!

I need to know a bit more about who you are to trace your order, but I will bet the emails are getting picked out by your spam filter.

Go to the site, log in, go to your Shopping Basket and click on the Floppy Disc icon next to the order. This will take you to the download page.

All this info is on the site when you finish the order. Spam filters can be basterds at stopping stuff we need. Using Gmail is not helping you. Try ICQ in future, not 100% but better than emails.

I'm away on business at the moment and unable to use ICQ. But Eva is in the office.
