CP INDUSTRY ACTION ALERT FROM
GayMainStreet.com And InGayPorn.com

Attention all webmasters! Anyone promoting sponsors that use NEOVA . NET as their processor should be aware that this processor's original domain currently contains images of clearly UNDERAGE nude individuals. The processesor has not been able to be reached, and reports we're getting are telling us that support numbers associated with them have been disconnected. This is the same processor who has been mentioned in the past in a New York Times article related to processing a site containing CP. Rumors, and we stress rumors, are that this domain had been hijacked from the processor nearly a week ago, and the processor has switched to a new domain.

Current affiliate links lead directly to this NEOVA . NET domain, and as such, unknowing webmasters may currently be directing traffic to a site that contains imagery of naked children.

The "new" domain for this processor, "livecharge.net", is branded as "NEOVA . NET" and contains a clickable logo and a blind link "fusionbilling . com" that directs users back to the original "NEOVA . NET" domain, where the imagery is located. This is true on both the consumer and webmaster interfaces.

One sponsor currently using NEOVA . NET includes CollegeBoysLive. While CollegeBoysLive was aware that the domain name associated with "NEOVA . NET" had supposidly been hijacked for over a week, they have yet to notify their affiliates.

DrBill and I are both urging ALL webmasters to remove ALL links to ANY sponsor that is utilizing Neova.net

Webmasters that run industry resource sites should check to make sure they're not linking to Neova.net.

The ASACP has been notified about this situation.

The next time you're at Barnes and Noble, take a look in the photography section at books by Sally Mann, David Hamilton and also by Jock Sturges. Sturges is more well known for it than Sally Mann or Hamilton, but all three put out books that have nude children in them. Sturges has two well known books called "Radiant Identities" and "The Last Day of Summer". Sally Mann has all sorts of family books. They're nudists after all.

So, seeing the ignorance about the matter on the board lately, I visited the site in question. It is definitely NOT CP. It is a naturist site. Who does it cater to? Who cares. It's legal. As an adult webmaster, I would not promote it from my own sites. But if I was a nudist/naturist I would.

Tim has recently been arrested in connection with yet another CP site, and is expected to have more charges pressed related to the sites in the above article.

Shit pretty much hit the fan after the NYT article about that boy who was on Oprah. Neova processed that site and Tim hosted it.

You can decide for yourself where Aaron and Neova stand in all of this. I'm not sure myself.

You can use semantics all you want, and lawyers can debate what does and does not meet the legal definition of CRIMINAL child pornography.

What that site contains, what it doesn't contain, I don't know in detail as I didn't spend time thoroughly surfing it and everything that it links to. I'l leave that up to the ASACP to do.

This is a simple issue of possibly hundreds of webmasters linking to sites that contain images of nude children, without even realizing that they're doing it.

This is why we sent out an alert, notifying webmasters that hey, if you don't want to be sending your traffic to pics of naked kids, you might want to look into this......

Looking into the t3report.com database, we have 16 unique domains linking to neova.net

the affiliate code for whatever the previous site was:

http://www.neova.net/passthru.asp?101132005032

doesn't work anymore.. and it doesn't redirect anwwhere.. so unless the surfer removes the passthru.asp?101132005032 part, they won't see the images.

the cc processing links like:
https://secure.neova.net/signup.asp?101120001

also give not found error..

the domain owner is the same one since 2000... maybe DNS or website got hacked, or the owners went nudist.. or maybe were always nudists and created a billing company to process for themselves and then expanded to others, then went back to being a nudist site.

unless the sites have children engaged in sexual intercourse or in "sexually explicit images", this might very well be chalked up to being a "naturalist" site.

Neova.net was hacked and replaced with the nudist site.

Aaron (the owner of Neova) has been fighting with GoDaddy to get the domain back.

This has absolutely nothign to do with the fact that one of the websites Neova used to process for has been shut down due to the owner of that site being convicted of Child Pornography.

Neova has changed their name to "LiveCharge". They have changed their links and logo and can now be found with their entire complete database at livecharge.net

Apparently Neova.net is now going to be some crazy nudist naturalist site, and Aaron is working desperately to try and remove himself form any association with them.

Also, if you do a search for https://secure.neova.net/signup.asp? you will find a nudist site, similar to the one at neova . net, being processed by Neova. Coincidence...maybe.

Bullshit. Even in the 1920s and '30s, the German nudist movement had its own newspapers, containing lots of pictures of very naked people engaging in sports and dance.
