I have the habit of signing up to a site to check it out before promoting it. If it's a site processing with paycom Ive always used epassporte virtual card without any problem... untill yesterday. Paycom just declines the transaction. Guess they must hate each other pretty hard in order to go that way.

I don't think it's got anything to do with hating. Paycom no longer does the gateway services for ePassporte, that contract expired and was not renewed as far as I've heard. Given the BIN numbers on ePassporte, it is much more difficult for a processor in high risk -- any high risk -- to take the cards without a fairly custom setup.
I don't see CCBill taking ePassporte either.
