has Google rolled back its PR database?

I am checking check my sites now and the ones that used to gain PR3 at the last update are PR0 again, and the one that was downgraded from PR4 to PR3 is PR4 again.

Does anyone know what's going on?

they're just messing with your mind. People in powerful positions do that all the time to get kicks outta seeing the little people's reactions
