If you find the original post he made about them you'll see he found the link and was making fun of it.

Not very many people picked up on the fact that he wasn't associated with them because of the way he worded the post.

Now he links to it in his sig because he thinks it's funny.

Evildick's reply pretty much sums it up, but the fact that pteam's license plates are for Ohio, and pipecrew is in Canada is proof enough. It's just a joke.
