Problem with Arles Image Web Page Creator...how to fix?

I'm baffled. I'm trying to use Arles to create galleries pages, but when it resizes/watermarks the images, it freakin' rotates *most* (not all) of them 90 degrees first! That's making the program pretty useless to me. Anyone else have this problem and know a way around it?

You must have a setting set that rotates the images

Never had that problem, are you sure the images aren't autorotating due the the way the camera was held?

If that was the case, I would think they all would be rotated...

I did wonder if Arles picks up on the original orientation and bases off of that. (not sure if they were originally rotated or not...I didn't shoot these). However, I ran a test and manually rotated the images opposite the direction Arles wants to rotate them, and then they came out right. So it can't be basing off the original orientation, could it?

BAH...I'm just going to rotate everything, reprocess and pick the straight ones from both... what a pain
