I noticed that visitors on Comcast network (namely some IP's under 24.*.*.* and 68.*.*.*) don't fill the CCbill join form, and they don't load the exit popup, which makes me think they cannot load the join form (or they use pop-up blockers). Could some people on Comcast network try to load any CCbill forms?
