I asked him to help me with basic metatags a few years ago. He told me, "Metatags are overrated. Just keep repeating the keyword on the title, description, the keywords and all through the alt tags and image titles."

After getting my sites banned for keyword stuffing all through 2002 I never asked him for help again. He gave me misinformation on purpose!
