why do some webmasters touch up...

I was wondering why some webmasters touch up girls in the porn biz so much? I was looking at some pics and it's just too much I think.

Why not more natural?

Okay I can understand that. But the girls can't really have "flaws" all over the entire body can they?
Sometimes their face looks like a mask. Can you just airbrush enough to make the flaws go away but not to the point where they look like dolls?

Thats just it though...their not real when they look like that. Yeah it's them but the photoshop isn't them. You can touch up enough to make them look good but not too much acn't you?

I know where you're coming from and I respect and agree with your opinion. I also know that if you didn't appreciate the beauty of her imperfections you wouldn't have shot her at that angle, or known where her scar came from.

Yes I see what you mean Chesire but anybody can look amazing. The girl could have warts all over her or whatever but do the guys liek that? I don't understand how they don't realize it.

Some of the girls look like they have leather for skin. To me I liek women who are more real. It's not even about the fake boobs.I'm just talking about their skin.

Me to Thats the beauty of having your own web site I think.
We can pick and choose what we want gone. I love looking "normal" ,looking like I still have "flaws" but not not too many. I totally understand why a girl would want to be a little touched up. If I had a big pimple in the middle of my forehead the day of the shoot,of course I'd want it taken out. But to airbrush my whole body or normal things is just retarded. These airbrushed girl don't even have pores in their skin,no veins anywhere in sight, they don't look at at like their real.

I hate photoshopping my pics... Although I at times use the auto-contrast on my pics, as that gives it a better feel. But to retouch them.. I am totally against!

Heh, exactly! As I've been editing my pics, I've had to decide whether or not to airbrush out the scars on my arm. I'm a cutter, and there's a patch on my left upper arm that's just absolutely solid with one slice on top of the other that have scarred.

(And before anyone complains -- yes, there are boobies, and yes, I'm fat. I don't think I'm huge or anything, but definitely the BBW niche. )

Would you say that those scars were distracting enough to need airbrushing?

I didn't see any scar in that pic. If you don't like your scar then airbrush it. I have a few stretch marks form having three kids so I get them touched up a bit.It's nice to see what you'd look like if you didn't have these "flaws" sometimes

Thanks I guess I'm oversensitive about it -- it's much more noticable in person...especially when there are fresh cuts on it. I wear a lot of tank tops -- when I saw a co-worker of my husband's at the store the other day, I had fresh cuts, and she lost her thread in the conversation and just stood there and stared. I wanted to crawl in a hole and hide.

I'm putting together my two sites as we speak, and when I have something up, I wanna post it here and get some feedback. Is that spam or just a newbie crying out for ?

I'm sure there already is one. I mean, there's a niche for amputees, for girls in plaster casts, for neck braces, car crash fetish...there is nothing out there too whacked for someone to pop a boner for it.

Yep, I hate pics that are too airbrushed. They can be retouched without coming out blurry, over smoothed. Retouched in a way that people wouldn't think it had been retouched. We do that for our content site. Anyone need a bunch of retouching done regularly?
