Traffic Trading Scripts

I'm interested in learning what traffic trading scripts are available. Ideally I would like a script that:
1) I can install myself
2) I can move to another server myself without incurring a fee.

See sig. Slothtrader doesn't use a MySQL db so to move it you just copy the directory structure (ie, if you copy your entire website, Sloth will move with it.)
