    Creatine

I tried Creatine as a supplement to my iron pumping routine. What I noticed is that I did gain muscle mass fast, but I gain muscle mass fast anyway so in my case it was like super-fast.

So do any of you find benefits in using Creatine and if so what brands do you recommend?

I gotta build up more muscle for a role in a movie a friend is shooting is why I'm askin'. ( yeah it's mainstream not porn movie ).

I've used Creatine Burst from GNC on 3 seperate occasions and loved the results. It really helped me accelerate my gains, and when I got off it I was still miles ahead of where I woulda been without taking it. Like regular creatine though, don't take it with food in your stomach. I've heard it's very similar to Cell Tech, if you've taken that. It really works though, it's got my recommendation.

Downtime, thanks! I've heard Creatine Burst rocks! I volunteer time with ex gang members and ex cons in a rehab program and they swear by that stuff. Combine it with Rice Protein is what I did and was hittin' 400 on the bench with ease. Scared the shit out of me to just sit there with 400lbs tossin' that shit like a new Saturday ho.

Yes, I've done some reading up on it and it's been around for like 80 years but only available to the public for the past 13 years or so.

The research shows far more benefits than detriments and those detriments are more rumor than fact.

Like all products it depends on the manufacturer.

I like to listen to what consumers have to say because word-of-mouth is a better indicator.

Yes! That's what the experts say. I use a base vegetable/non bulk supplement in the form of Superfood. Then make sure I eat a good sized greek salad with plenty of olives and onions later in the evening. The nitrogen necessary is in abundance then but a supplement wouldn't hurt
