    Is anyone else having ICQ problems

    first time ever for me today, i am having problems with ICQ

      ICQ protocol apparently was updated Feb 10. Many contacts who use other programs (Trillian, Miranda, etc..) need to update.. in order to continue to send/receive messages.

          i use trillian, thats why, cool.
