Russian situation solved

Russian army busted in through a hole made in a wall.
They used gas that paralysed the 'terrorists' They were shot while paralysed. Not all of the terrorist were paralyzed though, and there was a firefight that lasted for around 30 minutes.
Plenty of the hostages got killed, around 100, either by the crossfire or boobytraps set by the terrorists.

I expected nothing less from the russian army though.

Russians are effective. What was the message? Don't mess with Putin. Sadly innocent people died, but better 70 instead of 700 ?

Such a tragedy - and from a terrorist standpoint it was a total failure - waste of innocent lives yet again.

I'm not talking about the fucking decade long struggle between tchecens and russians.
