Help with Comus wanted - Will pay

We have Comus set up on http://www.skinlist.com using Comus default settings, however it is not working staisfactory.

Too many of same source thumbs, etc., = not enough variety, although we have more than enough galleries load.

Can you sort it out for us ?

How much would you charge ?
