Does anyone know how long it takes for these guys to give you your content after you buy it?

On the 22nd they emailed a "new content" email to me which had some great halloween stuff in it, so I went out an bought a bunch of sets that day. (They are soooooo cheap)

Here it is the 24th and still no word on when I can FTP my content.

I need some time to get the halloween stuff put to use BEFORE halloween, which is a week away from today.


Don't get me wrong, I am not slamming them, I like their content and have bought from them before, but I am use to getting my FTP accounts setup withing 24 hours with most places I purchase content at.

Hmmmm... You would think that they could automate the process like most places do and if not hire someone to get back to people within 24 hours.

Now it's the 25th.

Damn, the business day of the 25th is now gone and still have not heard back from them.

I guess they don't resply to emails from paying customers.

Funny though, I got another promotional email telling me about more new stuff.

So even if I get it tomorrow (which there is no way of knowing if I will) I will have only 5 days to make use of Halloween content?

I've always heard from Mat with 36 hours max ... and usually it's been within 12. He was even nice when I, er, some moron friend of mine had a CD come up unreadable and ressent the links to m...y friend so he could redownload it.

Both ICQ's are offline.

I just sent an email to their "backup" email address.

I realize that it is the weekend now, but this order was placed on the 22nd with holiday themed content.

Doesn't seem like a good way to do business to me.

I usually get the download e-mail after approx 12 hours, message them again.

I couldn't see Mat in ICQ directly, but I left him 2 messages and he replied both. It was during last two days... So you have to ICQ him. And check your e-mail account, maybe something wrong with ISP... I remember several times, though, then my e-mails sent from yahoo couldn't reach Mat for several days for some strange reason...

BTW, his old stuff was actually licensed from me. So if you liked it, you should try to visit my site (see sig). I'm afraid, though, my prices are much higher then his...

I have tried both emails, left ICQ messages to Matt (Trillion wont let me IM Smarty Pants for some reason).


If anyone is in contact with them, could you pass along that the person who placed Order Number: 823019345.0 has not got his order yet nor has he heard back from anyone.

I've never seen such a lack of willingness to sell content before.

Hi All,

I am here to respond to demonwolf. I have tried several times to communicate to him. I sent his order to him on the day he ordered. I then got an email from him on the 26th and I responded right away re-sending his order.

I think a lot of you know me and Rock Bottom. You all should know I have been around a while now and have never defaulted on anyones order. I also like to think I am very available for anybody to contact at anytime

I also understand how frustrating it is not to get your content in a timely fashion. I just wish I could have contacted him and taken care of this matter quicker. I would never want anyone to think that I was not honest or at least available for anybodies problems

I have responded to demonwolf on ICQ now as well. I really hope he gets his order now and checks his email logs. He may have a few emails in there jammed up.
