2257 when hosting content from multiple sources

Okay 2257 experts.

If I had a webpage with links to videos from a multitude of different content providers, (but I'm hosting the content on my servers), how would you set up your 2257?

Could you just have your 2257 statement give a big list of all the 2257 statement links collected from the content providers?

Or is it just a total mess and legally you'd be required to get physical copies of the 2257 docs from each provider?
