The site used to let people submit photos of themselves and that statement was meant to let other webmasters know that I would take any photos down if someone submitted copyrighted pics. I'm am changing the site now because I didn't get many subs.

If you followed all the links, you'd have noticed that there aren't any photos at all. Why jump to conclusions if you didn't find any photos??
