Problem with Cleaner software

has anyone encountered the problem of cleaner giving the error "unable to start audio encode" ?

I did some searching and found some threads in their support area that says to go to the encode tab and change the codec. But when I did that I got the same result again.

Get eraser and set it to automatically delete certain folder contents. The program is free btw.
