started a new thread before I saw this one

it seemed like a DNS problem, since the servers were up...just anyone using BGCI dns was down

my domains are now resolving again....so it should be normal soon

I'm tired of their lack of support. Tired of playing Russian Roulette with my business.

There have been times I've Emailed their support and 7+ days later still no reply. Not the only problem I've had with them lately.

Been with them about 4 years, this has been my last.

yes, this is it for me as well...I have had many many problems in the past with their TOTAL LACK OF SUPPORT

i emailed Tom to complain about a *48 hour* turnaround on a DNS addition....his reply was 'sometimes things take that long when we get busy'

I used them long ago, but they were way to high on price for dedicated servers. Now we use www.cyberwurx.com and they are fantastic. The best CS I have ever had, and have great prices. If you sign with them, please ICQ me and let me know.

Thanks pornguy but I forsaw this happening and recently ordered a dedicated box with hosthead (good fuckin timing too) so far, they're looking good, the owner Brad seems a good guy and MUCH MUCH better response times than BGCI so far.

Long evening ahead moving my sites and stuff over now though.
