On Comcast Cable modem in Norther California, maxed out at only 91kb ... that is very slow for me, i can usually get into the 300 - 400 range on fast servers.

Maybe my connection is laggnig though, lemme test it on something else.

Someone just maxed the 10Mbit (capped) out for a few minutes, might have been that...
