You know what's funny -- they reported seeing a different white van at each shooting location... why would the sniper use a different white van for each shooting? Is that to confuse the police? Does he have a different white van for each day of the week? WTF?

I think the sniper waits till he sees a white van near him... then takes his shot. It's the perfect distraction...becaue there are thousands of white vans.
