use LOTS of hidden text in the footer of your page. Try to get keyword density to a minimum of 30% and fill your METAs with at least 30 occurances of your key phrase

If all else fails - mail a 10 spot wrapped inside a number 10 envelope (make sure you wrap one layer of aluminum foil around it). Write your URL above the serial number on the front. If it won't fit, then that's THE problem - as Google hates long URLs.

some people say "dont ever submit your site to google let them spider you!" like submitting to google would be the worst thing you could do.
i do both and its fine. The statement that submitting to google would be bad is a myth.
