Problems getting a Sirius Signal

I've had Sirius for a long time now but I finally got a home docking kit for use in the office.

I'm having big problems getting either Satellite or Terrestrial signal. It comes in and out during the day and at best I get a weak signal that is prone to dropping out.

I never have problems in the car and I'm following all of their reccomendations.

My office even points west which is the recommended aim for the antennas.

Any suggestions or solutions?

Yep, It's aimed properly.

Does anyone know of a signal booster or a way to get better signal?

Our office building doesn't have opening windows so I can't get an antenna outside which may help.

yep, that's what it seems like.

Weird. I have mine pointing thru a screen and glass window. Works fine 99% of the time. Around 7 every nite I start losing the signal but it comes back in an hour or 2 strongly

yeah works great in car but home I have trouble most times too. I have to mount the antenna outside for best results.
