I have a problem buying subscriptions on sites which use iBill for CC processor. With the same credit card I pay for my hosting bills, buy domains and other internet services without any problems, but when it comes to iBill the paymet process returns this every time:
"Your request could not be processed because:
Bank decline, please try another payment method"
What does that mean? I have enough cash on my credit card account and I entered the correct info. Is it possible that this error is caused because of bank's disability to provide the credit card account data to iBill? I come from Slovenia and therefore use one of our local banks.
Do you think it's iBill's fault or is it my bank's fault?
Anyone had any similar problems with iBill?
