I already got the hosting but my host cant handle the MYSQL load so im looking for a host who i'll pay and they set up MYSQL for me and give me ip,username,pass for it..

Im expecting 1200 concurrent connections at peak times to the site/database

You're going to need and pay for a whole server for that. You don't want your mysql to be hosted on a shared server and stuff.

I agree. Although its possible, I'd consider your data being open to public eyes if you're on a shared server for your databases.

Its not a security risk, its the same reason why you're looking for a MySQL service in the first place.

A shared server wont be able to handle your 1200 simultaneous connections hence you need a dedicated MySQL server.
