Verotel Issues

I am thinking of using Verotel as a secondary processor particularily for Asian surfers that Ibill automatically declines.

Pretty worried about the fees and some of the stories I have heard. And Asian surfers tend to charge back.

Does anyone have anything positive to say? And please no posts from guys spamming their referral codes lol.

I do not know what stories you have heard but I am pretty happy with Verotel. The prices are 13.5% for non recurring 15 % for recurring, and they offer more payment options too.

Payout can be a little shity sometimes but they do pay!

And the say there is no problems with Visa due to their 'TicketMaster' status.

I also bill with Verotel and really never had any problems, except if you need webmaster support. Don't count on it, it doesnt exist

Thats about the only bad thing I have to say about those guys.

CCbill has the best Webmaster support in my book.

Globosale and Verotel the worst

PSW is eh, so so.. if you have a number where you can reach them directly

He's right -- Verotel is not big on webmaster support -- but I've been using them a while now and like them.

Well my original post isn't. But there are obviously a few bastards spamming billing companies on the board right now.

I signed up with Verotel the other day but haven't actually been able to try it out yet.

Well I have it set up as a secondary on one site. I'll let you know if those Asian bank cards make a difference.

Asian surfers is very broad, I think what you may have heard (or someone meant to say) was that Korean surfers tend to charge back. I don't have first hand experience but this is what I've heard.

Why do think PSW are so so? I was thinking about trying them so if you could give me more infos it would be appreciated
