I was having a discusion with a friend about what it would cost to start a 5 site program , with all exclusive content self shot and a big push for affiliates.I figured also you would need employees, couldnt be a two person op if you really wanted to make a splash. I said easy over 100 grand. What are your thoughts?

hmmmmn. well, we just did it. if you want to talk offline when im not relaxing and drinking, i'd be happy to tony. you've always done by me right.
edit:
we launched in august. if you are doing exclusive which i am sure you are its a little different. but you'll prob shoot your own stuff, so there are variables.
hit me up when jack isn't my friend.

Tons of variables.
How many scenes are you starting with? What's your design budget? What's your advertising budget? What are you using for software? What's your payment structure? Etc.
I'm sure Airek can give you some good input, though I wouldn't rush into a "program" if you haven't dealt with affiliates before.Vacares - Web Hosting, Domains, O365, Security & More - Paxum and BTC Accepted

most webmasters dont visit members areas before they decide to promote
they only look at the splash pages
if you can design yourself you can easily make some
they dont have to be professional looking at all
you can buy cheap content anywhere , and just fill up your members with that to start out ,
and again : one orglaugh all you want , it dont change the factsComment
