    back problems (rant)

    This sucks, I have blown this disk twice in my life so I never know when it's going to tweak out again.

    Right now if I move even a little weird it hurts. And I walk like I'm 90..

    To make it worse I still have to finish moving.

    Flippen sucks

      Ouch! Maybe theres some stretching or whatever that will help prevent it from recurring.

      Hell I cant even touch my toes come to think of it..

              I had 2 discs removed in june. Fucking rocks. Life without pain is very cool.
