    Anyone from Splitinfinity awake?

    Tried emails, icq, live support and your ticket system but can't seem to raise a heartbeat over there, so trying the 'Gfy method'

    Our server has been down for around 2 hours now without a squeak from you guys .. please check your support tickets queue.

              How the hell did they get an Xbiz award for best hosting with tech support like this??!

              Coming up on 4 damn hours of server downtime, and noone has even looked at our ticket etc. Exhausted every possible means of contacting them short of sending them a letter!

                      Yeah we're not much impressed with support at Splitinfinity either.

                      I wonder what the hell they got the Award for? Can't be for their support, that's for sure.

                          It doesn't show up at http://support.splitinfinity.com, 2 people have checked as well.

                          Perhaps there is a technical problem with the ticket system?

                              By the way.....

                              Hi.
                              Sorry about the issue. We responded to your ticket, however we just realized that the reason you didnt get it was because someone spammed our ticket system so hard last night that the hard drive was full. My techs spent 3 hours cleaning up
                              all of their spam (pill spam)

                                  Another thought: We have performed steps to assue that the ticket systems hard drive cant fill up again without us knowing. We get alerted when we are within 60% of capacity now.

                                    Seems they did reply to our ticket but their ticket system was clogged with spam, so was probably just one of those things that happens.

                                          Because it has issues Chris. Not because we didnt respond to the problem.
                                          We jumped on the problem immediately, but it needed a whipping to get it back up.
                                          Anyways, our customer is happy. :-)

                                              We fixed the problem as well as did some other things they needed done.
                                              You need to quit making your sig company look like an ass by constantaly posting

                                                    he isn't a hosting company....so no competition there....all you had to do was click it then you wouldn't look like an ass making assumptions

                                                    btw, I use his services, and it wouldn't matter what he posted, his reputation and skills speak volumes more than any negativity he posts could....
