    Hosting question

Is there a way to check how big in mbps is my hosting really is or I just have to trust them?

you mean how much you use or how much they claim their network potential is?

    Your use = MRTG
Thier network capacity = Router MRTG

Ask to get access to your MRTG, assuming you have a dedicated server. If you have a virtual account the only measurement will be Gigs.

Uhm.... you need to look at MRTG. WHEN your websites gets lots of traffic and the traffic lines go up close to 10Mbits, it means you're using 10Mbits.

I know this explanation sounds like fucked up but oh well
