i have my content ALL over newgroups. there is even a couple cdgirls only newsgroups. but believe it or not, thats where i get a ton of sales from. more branding, the better...at least for me anyways

Mixed feelings... on the one hand they want us to help censor ourselves to keep kiddies out and then someone comes up with this sort of thing that the filter technology can't filter correctly so who is to blame? Certainly not us!

Amd then you have the lower life forms that will be changing their pics-filenames to trains, planes and other things that kids will need to search out. Unless we all start watermarking every pic, and they filter from those, we'll never be able to work under the law. (thinking about that angle since lots of freehosts disallow htaccess etc)And we know how expensive it is to use those services.

It might help our sales in the start but it's also more ammo for the govt in the long run.

i got some hits today from the google-image-search,but i get 100s more from the google-text-searches itself.

          maybe i lost 20cent,but i surely won $50...from google.

[i like to give something,if i get more back]

PS:and the kids could see the free sites anyway, since this images are not protected.

We USE the kiddie filter codes on our sites so IF the parents have filters installed the kids can't access us. And will be adding htaccess to all of our sites that we can.

Now if HardCoreHosting would ever appear again to help us with one such code...
