i have problem in uploading images on my browser via PHP or any server side scripting generated pic uploader (for example uploading pic in forums). at first i suspected my PC was attacked by some kind of bug. what i did was reformatting my PC to save some time and easiest way to fix it. but still the same error goes. i cant find any problems since my PC is just reformatted recently. i already tried to disabled my AV software, turned off my firewall but i still cant upload images.is my isp provider blocking me from uploading pic?? help

uh, the permissions on the directory that the images are being uploaded to on the server need to be set to 777. maybe you should call your host.

the dir you are uploading to should have permission 0777. you can do that by using the chmod command which is supported by most ftp clientsComment

check the security settings in IE to see if you are allowed to upload them
TOOLS/INTERNET OPTIONS then the security tab
