Creating "Push Clips"

Does anyone know how easy it is to make these "push clips"? Is it a pain in the ass? Any info will be very appreciated. Also, are you able to assign the dimensions and location of the popup window?

* If you dont know what this is, its a video file that will popup a webpage after x amount of seconds or minutes.

I think you can only do it with WMVs/ASX files if you want surfers to be sent to the URL even when viewing in windows media player.

If you want to do it with MPEG, you can embed the MPEG in a page and use a timed javascript.

So what does it take to do this to a WMV? Is there some software for this?

you need the latest window encoder
and also adobe primier can do it

You can go to the microsoft site and download the windows media 7 resource kit and the windows media asf indexer. Do a search for indexing wmv or asf. The process is called indexing and is pretty simple. Pick the source file, whenin the clip you want the pop up and what the pop up is.
