bottom line, I am satisfied and would like to thank Chris for keeping his word and taking care of the situation!

They never get used (allegedly), and a refund is requested shortly after. Six months later, after dozens of phone calls, emails and false promises you get a refund for a couple grand less. Sounds like a great offer, where do I sign up?
