First Steps...

Hello everybody.. i'm new in this.. and i know here there are a lot of webmasters with a lot of experiencie... I want you to giveme some tip to get started in this busines....
I was thinking about starting using chameleon.. but i haven't got the money to pay it :s... i tried adams submitter (free) but i haven't made money..
What tips can you giveme to start?

The best advice would be to do as much reading on resource sites and the boards for starters.
