He's most likely using bogus WHOIS info - fill out the form in my previous post and you can call him up and talk to him about it.

Most sites that have real revenue and real traffic and that have been around for a few years have their names trademarked. AL4A, TheHun, Thumbzilla, eTc. and yes it is long and painful process.

the term sleazydream didn't exist in the english language before me. We have done substaintial searches on this too and because of this I got a VERY broad trademark on the term relating to ANY Adult Services, not just the web. A hard thing to get.
