you should get, ID's, releases AND a signed 'work for hire agreement' assigning the copyright over to you or your corporate identity. my clients do . . .

From what I understand...you only need to hold the proof of age. The model release is not your responsibility. I beleive it would be that of the primary producer. However, Im not an attorney so therefore you should consult your attorney regardless
