Programmer needed!!

Hi there,

I need to locate a programmer for these 3 projects:

1. Freehost Script (with real FTP)
2. MatchMaker / Dating Site Script
3. Classified Ad Site Script

Be advised 1 programmer may or may not do all 3.

Please answer these questions when responding:

A. What language will you write the script in?

B. Approximate turn around time?

C. Experience with this type of script (identify which one please)

D. Approximate cost RANGE. (yes i said range. not trying to lock you in on a price without specifics)

Best way to go about this is with www.scriptlance.com but, even then, as 3 different, stand-alone projects.

I'd use ScriptLance because of their instant notification to their registered programmers when a job is submitted, with the rapid, competitive-priced responses from both established programmers as well as new-comers.

I'd break each project off as a stand-alone job simply because each of them are unrelated and require different scripting approaches/strengths.

I'd also tighten up the specifications of each program required, citing an existing, commercial program (if possible) as an example of the features you want. Many of the programmers there might have already written and installed scripts that come close to your needs and will give you extremely good deals if they've already done it before.

Fiveeyes, does scriptlance have a lot of coders with ADULT experience? I'm looking for an AVS script custom coded, do you think some of them would have heavy or moderate experience with this type of script?

YES! And not not only that, many of them have main-stream experiance as well- and they'll add their expertise/feedback into a project usually at no extra charge. I've gotten free advice through the private message feature there that was blingbling material.

K, since I'm holding my cards away from my chest, I might as well as show you how I've played the game there before:

Pay the $20 fee for a "Featured Project" listing. This not only gives you much more bargaining leeway, but generates more responses within the programmers since you're paying for their fee, upfront.

Go with the rated guys and check their feedback. There are a LOT of players on that field, some of whom are scam artists! By the same token, some of the strongest PHP, MySQL and CGI craftsmen are available there as well.

Don't always go with the lowest or the highest price, the best deals are usually found in the mid-range. When in doubt, forget the bids and go with the best-rated programmers.
