Google pr question

Ok I was going through my list of sites I have and checking PR ratings to see where they are at. I tried one that hasnt had hardly any traffic going to it in about 2 or 3 months. It was a site used for political stuff before the election. I found the forum had been hacked and no longer would work. I messed with the database but it was non repairable. Anyways my question is.. For some reason this site is ranked as PR5. I can put anything I want on it to promote my other sites. What should I do here? I hate to miss a good opportunity to increase seo for sites I make money off of.

I could point this at one of my other sites too I suppose. Its all on the same webserver with the rest of my sites.

Well the mainsite was untouched, it was just the forum db that got wasted. I have mainstream stuff to push too. Dunno seems like a wasted pr5. Dont even understand how it got to a pr5. It was only up for really a small group of local people. It was linked to a few pr7 sites. I dunno what to do with it now. lol

Ya thats what Im thinking. Ill throw a blog on there since they seem to increase se results too. *runs off to install wordpress and some rss feeds....
