I've been now several months with them and I just think they provide a very good support service. There has been some problems with my CC and once I opened their live support the problem was solved within a few mins...

For me as customer is the support service a very crucial part and they do a really good job at it.

I've had servers at ProTGP for a couple years. Absolutely flawless. The only host I've ever used that has had zero issues. Fast, friendly support.

Had my virtual account with them.

No probs at all and very quick to answer any questions. Fexible control panel that allows you to set limits on how much extra BW you want to buy and easy to select a different virtual plan with a click next billing cycle.

Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for for the most part.
