    PHP Programmer Wanted

    I'm looking for an experienced PHP programmer living and working in the United States for a medium sized project.

    Must have good overall knowledge of the language and mastery of keeping clean code (seperate from design).

    The project requires use of the Smarty templating system, GD library, and MySQL - so be aware you must know them all very well.

          Sorry, I don't doubt you're qualified it's just easier to stay on track if hours are worked the same and phone conversation with an english first language programmer is an option.

                              Yes, for the most part. It would have to be a phenominal result from a foreign programmer to get me to use non-US programmers again.

                                      There is a rather large list of certified PHP programmers, these are all programmers that have passed the Zend PHP certification exam.
