500 page contract? Damn, somebody must have sent you the wrong one. It's at least 800 pages. ;)
In all seriousness, it's only 16 pages (the first part). I think some of you will find it refreshing that we:
- Have people on staff that actually know your business
- Have software running constantly on our side to make sure your password files stay up to date. Because users not getting access leads to chargebacks.
- A contract that actually explains how we calculate your check. So many other places just have this "black box" and you're always guessing what your check is going to be.
Anyway, enough ranting from me.
It's Starbucks time here in the valley and I need to find one of my employees to take me because you can't hold a Venti Latte on a Harley.
