I got the email saying your doing Maintenance on your network, but the email says from 3pm to 3:30pm, it's now 4:40pm.

I just called webair and for some reason I was talking to another customer with kids screaming in the background. WTF??

While your fixing your internet network fix your phone network too. lol

Webair, the guy I was talking to was one of your clients, he was asking me why the servers were down. The lines much have crossed and I ended up talking to him and not one of your staff.. All working now.
