    Does this seem normal?

    I have 7mbit cable. Im currently downloading at 170KB and uploading at about 30KB. Max upstream is usually 65KB.

    My web browsing is going annoying slow.

    Would you think it to function at a decent speed still?

              it depends could be alot of people on that does make a difference or they are doing maintenance. Did you reset your modem?

                  ehh it nearing midnight. maybe im just to used to very high speeds. hough, i dont think i ever get anywhere near 7mbit... I never download much above 250 :/
