what is your work schedule / sleeping pattern like?

mine is really messed up right now. 48 hours awake & working and 12 - 20 hours sleeping. That's how it has been for the past month.

i stay up progressively later until im going to sleep at 9am and getting up at 5pm.. then i force myself to get up on 3-4 hours of sleep (like 10a-2p), and im real tired that night at like 2.. so i sleep and get up at 10. then start the cycle over again.

i worked in nightclubs and stripclubs for over 7 years straight... i would go to bed about 7 in the morning and sleep all day till about 4 or 5 pm... then jayman talks me into coming into this biz, and i was all like " fuck, now i gotta get my sleep schedule to a more normal time".... then i started to realize that everybody in this biz has the same sleep/work patterns as working in bars, so it all works out, lol.

although i do like getting up earlier in the day during spring and summer so i can get out and enjoy the weather.

Used to do this too, everyday I went to bed like 1 hour later and later. I now try to go to sleep around 1am and get up at 8:30am. I can get far more work done this way and shops are still open!

Same here, working till early morning, then sleep till afternoon...it is a problem with all computer users sleeping patterns, cant go sleep easily and wake up tired, just to run and check emails, sign ups, stats, affiliates and GFY..addiction it is...

I to sleep only 4 hours or less a night but I have been doing that for over 20 yrs since my car accident. If I sleep more than 4 hrs I wake up in pain.

Sleep at 9 or 10 am, wake up at 7pm when its dark, my sleep pattern is majorl y fucked, i never get to see the sun, and i sleep with no alarm so i end up sleeping a lot like 9-10 hrs sometimes.

It only sucks after I get back from a trip. Then, my body clock is fucked up for two weeks.
